Contact the ViewNeural Digital Team
Questions, corrections, and topic suggestions all go to the same place. The editorial team reads every message, and the most useful ones tend to be specific: a framework comparison that seems unfair, a figure that looks out of date, or a trade-off you are working through on a real project.

How to reach us
The contact form on this page is the primary route, and messages arrive at the editorial inbox. You can also write to the email address listed on this page if you prefer to keep your own record of the exchange. Include the page or topic you are writing about, and any detail that helps us verify a correction.
If a reply needs more room than a message allows, we will answer with a written note rather than a short line, so keep an eye on the address you wrote from.

One inbox, two ways in
Use the form when you want a record of what you sent, or email when you would rather keep the thread in your own mailbox. Both land in the same place, and neither route adds you to a mailing list.
Topic suggestions get logged and weighed against the pages already planned, so a note that names the comparison you are stuck on is easier to act on than a general request for more coverage.
What to send us
Corrections are welcome and get priority. If a statistic on the site no longer matches what you can see, or a description of a tool has drifted from its documented purpose, tell us and we will check it.
Topic suggestions are the next most useful thing, especially when they come from a problem you are actually facing rather than a general area of interest. Naming the framework, the platform, and the decision in front of you helps more than a broad category.
If a page is not loading or something looks broken, tell us which page and which browser you used.
What we cannot help with
This is an editorial resource, not a studio. Knowing that before you write saves you time, and it keeps the inbox useful for corrections.
We do not provide development services, project quotes, or technical support for specific products. If you are looking for someone to build an app, we are not that, and a message sent here will not turn into a proposal.
For questions about how a framework behaves in your own codebase, the project's own documentation and community channels will get you further than we can. We can describe how a tool is commonly used, but we cannot debug your build.
Where those questions belong
Version-specific behaviour, upgrade errors, and plugin conflicts are best answered by the maintainers of the tool itself, since they can see the release notes and the issue tracker.
If you are weighing a choice rather than fixing a bug, our framework and platform comparisons may already cover the trade-off.
Reporting a problem with the site
If a page is not loading, a form is misbehaving, or something looks broken on your device, tell us which page and which browser you were using. That kind of report is genuinely helpful, because it is hard to test every combination. For anything related to how we handle your data, the privacy policy explains the details.
What happens after you write
Messages are read in the order they arrive. Corrections that check out are applied to the relevant page, and we may reply to confirm. Topic suggestions get logged and considered alongside the existing editorial plan. We do not send marketing follow-ups, and your message will not be added to a mailing list.
Response times
This is a small editorial operation, so replies are not instant. Most messages get a response within a few working days. If yours is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will do what we can.
Silence does not mean the message was ignored; it sometimes means the answer needs a page rather than a paragraph. A correction that holds up can change a whole comparison, and that takes longer than a quick reply.
Before you write, it helps to check whether the page you are reading already answers the question in its own notes.
Most notes that take longest to answer are the ones asking us to compare two tools fairly.
Where we are
The editorial desk sits in Providencia, Santiago. You are welcome to write to the address below, and the map shows the block the office is on. Visitors are by appointment only, since most of the week is spent reading and writing rather than receiving guests.
Still deciding what to write?
If you would rather suggest a topic than send a correction, the form above takes both. Tell us which comparison you are stuck on, or which part of a guide did not answer your question, and we will read it alongside everything else in the inbox.
